摘要：通过方差分析、相关分析和回归分析,研究当前大学生创业意愿影响因素。研究表明,个人背景和个人特质对创业意愿有积极影响,其中拥有创业经历的背景和诚实且谦虚的个人特质对创业意愿产生了显著的正向影响,克制且忍耐的个人特质对创业意愿产生显著的负向影响,而创业态度和创业环境的影响作用暂不支持。
Through variance analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, this paper studied the factors influencing college Students’ entrepreneurship intention. The research showed that personal background and personality traits had positive impacts on entrepreneurial intention. The background with entrepreneurial experience and honest and modest personality traitshad significant positive impacts on entrepreneurial intention. Restrained and tolerant personality traits had significant negative impacts on entrepreneurial intention, while the impacts of entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial environment has not yet been supported.
