摘要：二十二碳六烯酸(Docosahexaenoic acid,DHA),一种ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸,主要来源于鱼油和藻油。藻油中DHA含量高且安全性好,广泛应用于食品行业。DHA藻油已被证明具有促进大脑发育、调节免疫、减轻炎症反应、预防心血管疾病、抗氧化和抗癌等功效。本文介绍了DHA藻油的脂质组成,藻油中DHA的消化吸收,并综述了DHA藻油的健康功效与作用机制及其在我国保健食品中的应用现状,以期为DHA藻油在我国保健食品中的研究开发和应用提供一定的参考及依据。
Docosahexaenoic acid(DHA),anω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid,is mainly derived from fish oil and algal oil.Algal oil has a high DHA content and good safety,and is widely used in the food industry.DHA algal oil has been proven to have functions such as promoting brain development,regulating immunity,reducing inflammatory responses,preventing cardiovascular diseases,antioxidation,and anti-cancer effects.This article introduces the lipid composition of DHA algal oil,as well as the digestion and absorption of DHA in algal oil.It also reviews the health benefits,mechanism of action of DHA algal oil,and its current application status in health foods in China.The aim is to provide some references and basis for the research,development and application of DHA algal oil in health foods in China.
