摘要：国家和社会经济的发展急需大量的应用型人才,由此应用型高校研究生的培养越来越成为社会关注的焦点。本文在构建应用型高校研究生素质指标体系的基础上,采用改良版德尔菲法,邀请了21位专家对应用型高校研究生素质指标进行两轮打分,运用SPSS25.0分析了专家积极系数、专家权威系数、专家意见集中程度和离散程度,最后得出了一套科学的应用型高校研究生素质指标体系和权重体系,不仅有利于应用型高校对研究生的测评和培育,也有利于研究生自身的成长和成材。
The development of the state and social economy is in great need of a large number of applied talents,and thus the cultivation of postgraduate students in applied universities has increasingly become the focus of social attention.On the basis of constructing the application quality index system of applied colleges and universities,this paper invites 21 experts to evaluate the quality indicators of applied college students in two rounds by using the improved Delphi method.The SPSS25.0 analyzes the positive coefficient of experts and the coefficient authority of experts,concentration of experts'opinions and degree of dispersion,and finally a set of scientific applied college graduate quality index system and weight system is obtained,which is not only conducive to the evaluation and cultivation of postgraduate students in applied universities,but also beneficial to the growth of graduate students themselves.
