摘要：利用1993—2013年132国家(地区)相关数据,分别构造出制度因素与国际R&D溢出渠道的交互项,并运用面板固定效应模型进行实证研究。结果表明:国际R&D溢出对发达国家(地区)和发展中国家(地区)均呈现正向影响,制度的改善有助于从国际R&D溢出存量中获得更多的技术进步促进效应;制度因素是导致发展中国家(地区)获得国际R&D溢出效应弱于发达国家(地区)的重要原因。
Based on data from 1993 to 2013 from 132 countries, this paper constructs interaction terms respectively by combining the institution quality and international R＆D spillover, and applies panel fixed effect model for empirical research. The results shows that the international R＆D spillover effects can take place for both developed and developing countries, and the improvement of institutional quality is beneficial to promoting effects of the international R＆D spillover stock to technology progress, and institution is the factor lead to the effects that international R＆D spillover in developing countries is less significant than that in developed countries.
