摘要：档案编研是档案资源开发利用的重要方法之一,为推动档案工作发展起到重要作用。但目前的档案编研大都由人工完成,其主观性成果的真实性需要进一步商榷。本文将数字人文理念融入档案编研的三个层面中:在搜集层面,引入布拉德福定律及引文分析辅助获取档案信息资源;在加工层面,引入主题挖掘方法客观挖掘潜在的子主题;在展示层面,通过借助词表、本体、可视化工具实现编研成果的再加工和可视化展示。本文提出的方法作为档案编研的辅助性方法,用以保证档案编研工作的更客观性、更全面性、更准确性。
The compilation and research of archives is one of the important methods for the development and utilization of archives resources,which plays an important role in promoting the development of archives work.However,most of the current compilation and research of archives are done manually,and the authenticity of the subjective results needs further discussion.In this paper,the concept of Digital Humanities is integrated into the three levels of archives compilation and research:at the collection level,Bradford’s law and citation analysis are introduced to assist in obtaining archival information resources;in the processing level,the topic mining method is introduced to objectively mine the potential sub topics;at the display level,the reprocessing and visual display of compilation and research results are realized by means of vocabulary,ontology and visualization tools.The method proposed in this paper,as an auxiliary method for the compilation and research of archives,is used to ensure the objectivity,comprehensiveness and accuracy of the compilation and research of archives.
