摘要:聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)是微生物体内合成的以包涵体形式存在的一类聚酯。因合成的PHA具有生物可降解性、生物相容性等特点,逐步朝着替代传统石化塑料的方向发展;由于培养基不同,微生物合成的聚合物种类、特性以及成本存在较大差异;其中碳源是微生物合成的主要养分,高成本的碳源导致PHA合成成本增加,必将限制PHA的大规模生产和应用;因此,找到合适的低成本碳源及高效利用途径尤为重要。本文介绍了合成PHA的微生物种类,综述了微生物合成PHA可利用的低成本碳源、低成本碳源的不同利用途径及PHA的性能及应用,旨在筛选利用低成本碳源,大幅度降低PHA的生产成本,使得微生物合成的PHA更具经济性和市场竞争力。
Polyhydroxyalkanoates(PHAs)are a type of polyester synthesized by microorganisms in the form of inclusion body.The polyesters are developing as the alternatives of traditional petroleum-based plastics because of its biodegradability and biocompatibility.The kind of mediums result in the difference of biopolymers in types,characteristics and cost.The carbon sources are the main nutrients for biosynthesis.However,expensive carbon sources increase the cost of PHA biosynthesis,which limits large-scale production and application in PHA.Therefore,it is very significant to explore the proper and inexpensive carbon sources and the utilization ways of inexpensive carbon sources.The types of microorganisms are introduced.The inexpensive carbon sources,the utilization ways of inexpensive carbon sources and properties and applications of PHA are reviewed.The screening and utilization of inexpensive carbon sources are expected to cut down the cost of PHA biosynthesis remarkably and enhance economics and competitiveness in PHA.
