摘要:The numerical analysis of the weld point structure was carried out through ANSYS software. That is, after the tensile force numerical simulation of the spot-welding structure of ultra-high strength steel - low-carbon steel, the mechanical properties of the internal composition of the specimen, namely the weld core, the heat-affected zone (plastic ring), and the mechanical properties of the base metal, were studied to guide the welding process. At the same time, the established mechanical test results of the spot-welding structure were consistent. A numerical simulation mechanical model capable of analyzing spot-welded structures has been developed, namely the mechanical model of spot-welded structures composed of weld cores, plastic rings and base materials. In addition, the mechanical properties of the weld core and plastic ring in the spot-welded structure, as well as the quantitative values of the plastic modulus and yield limit of the plastic ring, and the stress and displacement of the mechanical model of the ultra-high strength steel - low-carbon steel spot-welded structure are analyzed in depth. ? 2026 SPIE.
