摘要:将产于四川凉山地区的紫参与常规基础饲料以 1∶ 4混合制成颗粒饲料 ,饲喂 12月龄 BAL B/ C纯种小鼠 6 0 d,测定七项有关衰老的生化指标 ,结果显示紫参粉可以使血清及肝脏中过氧化脂质 L PO分别下降 2 1.0 %和13.6 % ( P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 0 1) ,显著升高红细胞及肝中超氧化物歧化酶 ( SOD)比活性 12 .5 %和 16 .8% ( P<0 .0 5或P<0 .0 1) ,提高全血谷胱甘肽酶 ( GSH- Px)活性 5 9.7% ,血过氧化氢酶 ( CAT)比活性 5 4.9% ( P<0 .0 0 1) ,提高皮肤羟脯氨酸含量 2 0 .5 % ( P<0 .0 0 1) ,同时可以降低心肌脂褐素的含量达 2 3.6 % ( P<0 .0 1) ,抑制脑中单胺氧化酶 ( MAO-B)活性 32 .9% ( P<0 .0 0 1) ,同时对肝内 MAO- B活性无影响。以上结果说明紫参能提高机体抗氧化酶活性 ,抑制脂质的过氧化反应 ,具有良好的延缓衰老作用 。
The food of Zishen power was fed to BALB/C mice at the age of 12 months for 60 days,the experiments on Zishen delaying the aging were carried.The results showed that the content of lipid peroxides(LPO) in serum,in liver and myocardiral lipofuscin(LF) were reduced by 213%,136% and 236% (P<001 or P<0001),the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in red blood cells and liver was significantly increased by 125% and 168% (P<005 or P<001),the activity of glutathion peroxidase(GSHPx) and catalase(CAT) were increased by 597% and 549%(P<001),the content of hydroxyprolin (Hyp) in skin of Zishen group was lift 205%(P<0001),the activity of the monoamine oxidase of B type(MAOB) in brain was inhibited 329%(P<0001),it was not obvious different between the Zishen group and control in liver.These results indicated that Zishen has a marked effect on delaying the aging,and therefore Zishen is a kind of new natural resources of the health food.
