摘要：湖南里耶考古发现的秦代阀阅简,为人生史的个案分析提供了很好的案例。釦在阀阅简中拟晋升为司空,但在随后的简牍中,釦并没有担任司空,是作为令史出现,说明对基层官吏进行考核选拔上,存在多个人选的竞争,拟推荐的任职人员,也有被否决的可能。简牍所载壬、唐两位官员的例子表明在秦占领区内,基层官员有一定的升迁路线,即多由乡一级基层吏员转任某方面的县属专业管理机构。同属县廷直属的各曹,也有权重权轻之分,并据此形成升迁过程的隐形阶梯和步骤。
The liye bamboo slips,discovered by archaeological excavation in Hunan,provide us with a good case for prosopography study. Kou had been drafted for promotion to sikong（ minister of works）,but in the subsequent slips he did not serve as sikong and stayed as lingshi（ Scribe）. This shows that in the selection of foundation-level officials multiple candidate competition existed. And one might be recommended,but not be appointed. In another two cases of officials ren and tang,it shows that foundation-level officials had a fixed way to promote from foundation-level management of a xiang（ township） to specialized management of some aspect of a xian（ county） in the areas occupied by the Qin. There were differences among different departments directly under the same county government in the degree of government control,which led to hidden ways of promotion.
