摘要：随着高校招生规模扩大、全国高考改革的深入推进,高校在校生数量不断增加并呈现多层次、多样化的发展趋势。针对不同的学生因材施教、分层教学,充分关注每个学生的个性发展及其特点,是教育应遵循的规律。以北京联合大学实验班为例,从实验班成立的背景、实验班人才培养方案的制定、课程及教材建设情况、实验班现状等方面进行论述,以期为实验班以后的建设和管理提供对策和建议。
With the expansion of college enrollment and the further promotion of the reform of college entrance examination,the number of students in colleges and universities is increasing and showing multi-level and diversified development trend. Teaching should happen in accordance with the students’ aptitudes,levels, personality development and characteristics,which is also the rule that education should follow. This paper will take the experimental class as an example,discussing the background of its establishment,formulation of the training plan,the construction on curriculum and textbooks and the current situation of the class,which is expected to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the construction and management of the experimental class.
