摘要：通过梳理我国四大经济圈人力资源发展现状,结合经济发展调查数据对劳动力市场空间格局变化特征进行研究分析,总结我国劳动力市场空间布局存在的问题。研究结果表明,优化劳动力市场空间布局,不仅要强化顶层设计、共同提升城乡人力资本水平,还要增强创业带动就业能力,进一步强化劳动力市场空间融合。对四大经济圈劳动力市场空间格局的对比研究不仅有利于刻画我国人力资本市场空间格局现状,而且对于促进劳动力市场均衡发展、提升就业质量有着重要的参考价值。
By combing the development status of human resources in China’s four major economic circles,combined with economic development survey data,this paper studies and analyzes the spatial pattern change characteristics of China’s labor market,and summarizes the problems existing in the spatial layout of China’s labor market.The results show that in order to optimize the spatial layout of the labor market,we should not only strengthen the top-level design,jointly improve the level of urban and rural human capital,but also enhance the ability of entrepreneurship and employment,and further strengthen the integration of the labor market.The comparative study of the spatial pattern of labor market in the four economic circles is not only beneficial to show the present situation of the spatial pattern of human capital market in China,but also has important reference value for optimizing the development of labor market in China and promoting regional economic growth and social progress.
