摘要：E-learning是伴随着多媒体技术和Internet技术发展起来的、全新的学习方式，它也是高等教育信息化建设的重要组成部分，是提高教学质量和学习效率的有效手段之一。精品课程是高水平的教学成果，具有示范和辐射作用。该文对E-learning环境下高校精品课程建设进行了研究，提出在E-learning环境下提高教师认知是前提，改革教学模式是关键，学校制度和政策是保证的新观点。
With multimedia and Internet technologic development, E-learning is a new study way of mankind. At the same time it is an important part of higher education information construction. It is an effective means of improving teaching quality and efficiency. This paper researches on high quality course building under E-learning environment, and puts forward the new ideas that cognition is the premise, improving teaching mode is the key, and the system and policy are the guarantees.
