摘要：伴随着社会的进步、科技的发展,人们对图书馆员的素质要求越来越高,馆员承受的压力也越来越大,严重影响了他们的身心健康,职业倦怠的现象也日益凸显。因此我们要高度重视这些职业倦怠现象,认真分析其产生的原因,找出相应的对策,从根本上缓解他们的职业倦怠,提升心理健康的水平,最终促进图书馆的工作更好地发展。
With the development of science technology, university librarians are supposed to have higher qualities, under increasing pressure, seriously affected their physical and mental health, and the occupational burnout has increased. So we should face the occupational burnout, analyzing on the causes of it, finding out the corresponding countermeasures to help university librarians releasing the job burnout, improving the state of their mental health and promoting the development of university library.
