摘要：人才作为数字经济的关键要素,在全面推进数字中国战略中发挥着重要的基础性作用。数字经济的快速发展推动数字人才的需求结构发生显著变化,对人才培养提出了更高的要求。基于数字经济的内涵和产业范围,分析我国数字经济人才的需求结构,即数字技能和素养通用人才、数字技术和业务融合人才、数字技术和产品研发人才及数字化治理人才。面对数字经济人才需求,应加强全民数字素养和技能的培训,构建“数字经济+”的复合交叉型专业体系,构建面向产业实践的数字经济人才培养模式,多方协同培养不同层次的数字经济人才,为推进数字中国战略提供坚实的人才支撑。
Digital talent,as the core element of the digital economy,plays an important foundational role in comprehensively promoting the digital China strategy.The rapid development of the digital economy has driven significant changes in the demand structure for digital talents,posing higher requirements for talent cultivation.Based on the concept and industry scope of the digital economy,this paper analyzes the demand structure of digital economy talents in China,namely general talents with digital skills and literacy,digital technology and business integration talents,digital technology and product research and development talents,and digital governance talents.In the face of the demand for digital economy talents,it is necessary to strengthen the training of digital literacy and skills for the entire population,build a composite and cross disciplinary “digital economy+” major system,construct an industry-oriented digital economy talent training model,and collaborate with multiple parties to cultivate digital economy talents at different levels,so as to provide a solid talent support for the implementation of the digital China strategy.
