摘要:酚醛树脂一体化发泡助剂不同于传统发泡技术,可以室温发泡,且只加入一种助剂——一体化助剂即可,具有使用简单、节能、适用范围广等优点。在配制一体化助剂的过程中,对其中的固化剂部分进行了详细的测试,并运用计算机软件辅助,测算出室温下固化过程的表观活化能Ea为3.299 kJ/mol,以便于对一体化助剂更好的控制。
Phenolic resin frothing agents were different from traditional blowing agents in that they could foamed at room temperature and only needed one agent integrative assistant, which was simple to use, energy-saving, widely applicable and so on. During integrative assistant prepared,curing of resol type resin was analysized in detail and computer-aided software was applied for calculating thermodynamics characteristic of foaming process so that integrative assistant was controlled better. Its apparent activation energy was 3. 299 kJ/mol.
