摘要：Mineral resources have played an important role in the rapid industrialization and urbanization of China, but the disordered situation in the exploitation and management of mineral resources is always accompanied with industrialization, and has become an urgent problem to be solved. The problems existed in the field of mineral resources exploitation and management in China are collected and summarized, and the institutional causes are investigated in the view of mineral resources management system and mechanism. It is found that mineral resources management system is the deep institutional cause, and the pricing mechanism is the significant one whose defects will bring the greatest negative effects. Therefore, reform in the mineral resources management system and mechanism should be advanced in an all-round way. This paper offers a complementary view and a better understanding of the influence of mineral resources management system and mechanism, especially the pricing mechanism, vital for policy formulation and improvement.
