摘要:信息与通信技术(Information and Communications Technology,ICT)是一个通用术语,不同领域对ICT含义的界定不同。教师的ICT技能包含技术层面上的操作技能,以及素养层面的应用技能。通过对特殊教育ICT应用研究成果进行分析,发现特殊教育信息化建设还存在信息化资源建设不足,ICT主要应用于内容的展示和传播,特殊学生个体发展的评估有待于进一步开发,特殊教育教师的ICT应用能力有待提升等问题。未来应加强特殊教育ICT技术与特殊学生的身心特点相结合,提高特殊学校教师ICT应用能力,这也是特殊教育ICT应用发展的重要方向。
Information and communication technology(ICT)is a general term referring to all kinds of technologies that enable users to access and manipulate information.There are many different definitions of ICT in different fields.Teachers ICT skills include both the operational skills at technical levels and application ones at cultivation levels.Through analyzing the research results of ICT application in special education,we found that there are still problems in the construction of information technology in special education,such as insufficient information technology resources,ICT being mainly used for content display and dissemination,the assessment of individual development of special students requiring to be further developed,and inadequate ICT application skills of special education teachers.In the future,we should strengthen the integration ICT technology in special education with the physical and mental characteristics of special students.To improve the ICT application ability of special school teachers should also be an important direction for the development of ICT application in special education.
