摘要:北京四合院民宿不仅具有住宿功能,也是北京文化的载体。为提高四合院民宿吸引力,使其更好满足游客住宿需求,成为宣传、弘扬北京文化的名片,结合文献分析法和网络文本分析法构建北京城市核心区四合院民宿旅游吸引力评价指标体系,基于IPA分析法对问卷调查收集的数据进行研究分析。结果表明:核心区四合院民宿吸引力24项指标中有18项实际体验满意度明显低于选择重要性,源于四合院及文化吸引力不足,民宿内外部环境亟待改善,餐饮及其他配套服务质量不高,营销宣传力度小等。通过提升文化内涵,改善内外部环境,完善配套设施,创新营销模式等对策,提高四合院民宿旅游吸引力。
Beijing courtyard Minshuku not only has accommodation function,but also is the carrier of Beijing culture.Through the combination of literature analysis method and network text analysis method,the evaluation index system of tourism attraction of courtyard Minshuku in Beijing core area was constructed.The data was collected in the form of questionnaires.The survey data was analyzed by IPA analysis.The results showed that 16 of 24 actual experience satisfactions indicators were significantly lower than the importance of choice and need to be improved.The problem can be summarized into four aspects:(1)The cultural attraction of Beijing courtyard are insufficient;(2)The internal and external environment of the courtyard Minshuku is in desperate need of improvement;(3)The quality of the catering and other ancillary services is poor;(4)The marketing promotion is insufficient.By enhancing the cultural connotation of the courtyard Minshuku,and improving the environment quality and supporting facilities,and innovating the marketing models,the tourism attraction of the courtyard Minshuku will be enhanced,so that it will become a business card to publicizing and promoting Beijing culture as well as to meet tourists’needs.
