摘要：提出了新时期开展交换学生思想政治工作的观点。在交换生项目的实践工作中,我们采用激励机制,把思想政治教育融入交换生综合素质教育的各个环节。本文结合实践,对培养交换生竞争力和综合素质等方面进行了实践研究与理论探讨。
This paper puts forward the standpoint to develop ideological and political work in exchange stu-dent program in the new era. In the practice work of our exchange students program, we adopt incentive mechanism to put the idea into practice in all the steps of ideological and political education. Based on our practice work, the experience and theory of exchange student’s comprehensive quality cultivation are discussed in this paper.
