摘要：Along with the rapid development of information technology, sharing quality resources has become a trend of spreading knowledge among universities. This paper aims to improve the supply ability of information resources in higher education and scientific research through the analysis of the current situation of sharing quality resources. The core of knowledge management in universities is to boost exchange and sharing. Resource sharing among universities is important to them for the in-depth mining of knowledge and the increase of the core competitiveness. However, resource sharing would not be realized automatically and easily. This paper, through the analysis of the outline and the negative factors of resource sharing, explores the mechanism of sharing resources among universities and proposes responding countermeasures. Thus knowledge sharing can be achieved and universities' competitiveness will be enhanced.
