摘要:当前以互联网为代表的现代信息技术正在加速旅游业的“蝶变”,并助力旅游市场迅猛发展.在各类传播媒介的推动下,网络已经成为众多游客获取旅游信息的首要途径,众多网红餐厅、网红景点和网红城市应运而生,成为拉动地方旅游经济的催化剂.然而,面对突如其来的爆红,如何抓住机遇实现地区长期的可持续发展成为社会各界关注的焦点议题.以淄博烧烤热为切入点,以百度指数为基础数据,爬取了2023年3月12日至11月1日中国31个省域对淄博烧烤的网络关注指数,对淄博烧烤网络关注度的时空特征和影响因素进行定量分析.结果表明:(1)淄博烧烤热度经历了爆发期、降温期和平稳期3个阶段,与传统旅游城市关注度相比,其爆发期持续时间相对较短但强度大,结合关注度变化趋势,爆发期为3-4月,降温期为4-6月,平稳期为6-10月;从周内分布情况来看,周五与周日网络关注度达到顶峰,周一为次高峰.相比较而言,黄金周内分布具有显著的“前兆效应”.(2)从空间分布与演进特征来看,爆发期淄博烧烤网络关注度的空间分布具有显著的东西分异特征,主要集中在经济发达的东部地区,但随着时间推移其影响范围扩大到全国;进入平稳期后,网络关注度的空间分布趋于均匀状态,区域差异逐渐缩小.(3)通过地理探测器分析发现,淄博烧烤热的时空分异格局是经济发展水平、教育发展水平、人口数量规模和交通发达程度等多因素共同作用的结果,其中地区GDP的影响力最显著,高校数量、在校大学生数量、网民规模和年末常住人口数也是核心影响因素.值得注意的是,地理距离因子与其他因子交互作用的影响力在3个时期均位于首位,表明淄博烧烤的传播模式是在跳跃式扩散和距离衰减规律交互作用下形成的,淄博烧烤的走红为淄博带来了更高的知名度,成功为淄博打造了旅游新名片.
At present,the modern information technology represented by the Internet is accelerating the"butterfly transformation"of the tourism industry and contributing to the rapid development of the tourism market.Driven by various kinds of communication media,the internet has become the primary way for many tourists to obtain tourism information.Numerous internet celebrity restaurants,internet-famous scenic spots and internet celebrity cities have emerged as catalysts to boost the local tourism economy.However,in the face of the sudden burst of popularity,how to seize the opportunity to achieve the long-term sustainable development of the region has become the focus of social concern.Therefore,this study takes Zibo barbecue fever as the entry point and Baidu index as the basic data,and crawls the network attention index of 31 provinces in China from March 12 to November 1,2023,and on this basis,it makes a quantitative analysis on the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics and influencing factors of Zibo barbecue network attention.The main research results are as follows:(1)Zibo barbecue heat has gone through three stages:outbreak period,cooling period and stationary period.Compared with the attention of traditional tourist cities,the duration of its outbreak period was relatively short but the intensity was large.Combined with the changing trend of attention,the outbreak period was from March to April,the cooling period was April-June,and the stabilization period was from June to October.From the perspective of weekly distribution,the network attention reached the peak on Friday and Sunday,and Monday was the second peak.In contrast,the intra-week distribution of golden week has a significant"precursor effect".(2)From the perspective of spatial distribution and evolution characteristics,the spatial distribution of Zibo barbecue network attention during the outbreak period has significant east-west differentiation characteristics,mainly concentrated in the economically developed eastern region,but over time its influence scope expanded to the whole country;after entering the stable period,the spatial distribution of network attention tended to be uniform,and the regional differences were gradually reduced.(3)Through the analysis of Geodetectors,it was found that the spatio-temporal differentiation pattern of Zibo barbecue fever was the result of multiple factors such as economic development level,educational development level,population scale and transportation development degree.Among them,regional GDP had the most significant influence,and the number of universities,the number of college students,the scale of internet users and the number of permanent resident population at the end of the year were also the core influencing factors.It was worth noting that the influence of geographic distance factor interacting with other factors was located in the first place in all three periods,indicating that the communication mode of Zibo barbecue was formed under the interaction of leaping diffusion and distance attenuation law.The popularity of Zibo barbecue had brought Zibo a higher visibility and successfully created a new tourism card for Zibo.
