摘要：建设世界城市是北京市提出的一个新的重大决策,按照这个设想北京将最终进入世界城市的行列。然而在迈向世界城市的过程中,我们必须清楚认识到北京建设世界城市所存在的突出问题,即与真正的世界城市相比北京还有较大差距,存在许多制约因素,只有解决好这些问题,才能把北京建成真正意义上的世界城市。
