摘要:历史文化街区存在建筑实体要素保护好,蕴含文化意义传承差的现象。本文从新文化地理学的角度,将街区作为景观,分析建筑使用形式和使用者变化后,景观意义的传承情况。本文以北京西四历史文化街区为景观对象,采用表征、非表征理论,调查当地居民对建筑实体体现意义的理解,及其具身的、实践的文化意义。研究结果显示:第一,该区表征文化主要是建筑实体体现的传统礼俗、吉祥寓意与励志、伦理教化文化。第二,如今居民对表征文化的意义并不完全理解,说明实体保护与意义传承有分离。第三,如今居民的非表征文化与传统礼俗文化的和谐、秩序有异曲同工之处,虽然其尚未在形式上固定下来,但却说明既要保护表征文化,也要看到非表征对表征文化的创新。
Historical and cultural block is an important carrier of Chinese traditional culture. A large number of historical block protection theories derive from architectural studies all around the world. With the indepth interdisciplinary development, scholars in architecture start to realize that the protection of historical and cultural blocks should attach more attention to the relationship between users and buildings. This paper takes historical and cultural blocks as landscapes, and analyzes the meaning inheritance attached to the buildings after changes occurred on their users and usage. This paper takes Xisi historical and cultural block in Beijing as the research area, and adopts Representational theory and Non-representational theory to investigate the local residents’ understanding on the significances of this regional architectural entity through questionnaires and interviews. Besides, this paper reflects on the role that have been taken by the locals, and nevertheless, their practical cultural significances. The conclusions of this paper are as follows: Firstly, the representational cultures of Beijing historical and cultural block are basically the traditional etiquette cultures, auspicious and inspirational cultures, ethical cultures embodied in the form of architectural entity. Secondly, the residents living in the historical and cultural block do not fully understand the meaning of the above-mentioned token cultures. Thirdly, apart from the representational cultures, the non-representational cultures from the local residents’ body and daily practice are similar to the harmony and the order between traditional etiquette and custom cultures.
