摘要：多糖提取方法的研究已成为近年来的热点。随着研究的深入,出现了一些新的提取分离方法,如酸碱提取法、微波法、超声波法、酶提取法、超滤分离法、超临界萃取法、双水相萃取法等。通过对这些非常规提取方法进行综合性的论述,分析了这些方法的优缺点,并对其发展进行了展望。
Extraction of polysaccharide study been has hot in recent years.A lot of new extraction methods have been put forward with further research,such as acids and alkali extraction,microwave extraction,ultrasonic ex-traction,enzymatic extraction,ultra-filtration separation,supercritical fluid extraction,and two aqueous phase ex-traction.These unconventional extraction methods of polysaccharides were summarized;their advantages and dis-advantages were analyzed,and their future developments were prospected.
