摘要:人工智能时代,高校图书馆信息素养教育个性化需求日益凸显,定制培训成为普及性信息素养教育的有益补充。文章基于PDCA理论构建高校图书馆定制培训服务工作模式,为优化与完善高校图书馆定制培训服务提供了新思路,并以北京联合大学图书馆定制培训服务实践证明,运用PDCA循环理论管理定制培训服务,可以达到服务目标清晰化、服务组织有序化、组织效能高效化、服务质量提升可持续化和馆员能力不断提升的目的。
In the era of Artificial Intelligence,the personalized demand for information literacy education in University Libraries is increasingly prominent,and customized Information Literacy Education has become a useful supplement to universal information literacy education.Based on PDCA theory,this paper constructs a working model of customized Information Literacy Education service in University Libraries,which provides new ideas for optimizing and improving the quality of customized Information Literacy Education service in University Libraries,and proves with the practice of customized training service in Library of Beijing Union University that the use of PDCA cycle theory to manage customized Information Literacy Education service can realize the purpose of service goal clarity,service organization orderliness,organizational effectiveness efficiency,service quality enhancement sustainability and librarian capacity continuous improvement.The purpose of continuous improvement of service quality and librarians’ability can be realized by using PDCA cycle theory to manage customized training service.
