摘要:应用型本科高校培养的工程应用型人才,对于满足中国经济社会发展、高层次应用型人才需要以及推进中国高等教育大众化进程起到积极的促进作用。但部分应用型高校目前存在教师对实践类课程群建设重视不够、实践教学环节与工程应用相对脱节、校企合作深度不够保障措施匮乏以及"双师型"教师难以满足发展要求等诸多问题。作者所在学院以提升学生实践创新能力为目标,以校企联盟为依托,设计了以"优势互补-对接反馈"为核心的校企合作运行流程,以能力为核心重构实践类课程群,通过企业实践提高教师实战指导能力,使毕业生在就业率、签约率和专业吻合度稳步提升,有效发挥了应用型人才服务首都经济的作用。
The application-oriented engineering talents cultivated in application-oriented universities play a positive role in meeting China’s economic and social development, meeting the need for high-level applied-oriented talents and promoting the popularization of higher education in China. However, there are many problems in some application-oriented universities, such as teachers’ insufficient attention to the construction of practical course group, the relative disconnection between practical teaching and engineering application, the insufficient school-enterprise cooperation, the lack of safeguard measures, and the difficulty for"double-qualified"teachers to meet the development requirements. In order to improve students’ ability of practical innovation, the college of the author designed a school-enterprise cooperation operation process with "complementary advantages—docking feedback"as the core relying on school-enterprise alliance. The practical course group is reconstructed with competence as the core, and teachers’ practical guidance ability has been greatly improved through enterprise practice. The employment rate, signing employment contract rate and the degree of conformity between the employment post and professional training of graduates have been steadily improved, and the university has effectively played a role in serving the capital economy with applied talents.
