摘要：巴戟天寡糖(MOO)是从巴戟天根中提取的化合物,具有改善抑郁症的作用,机制尚不明确。现对MOO的结构、提取方法、作用机制及临床应用的研究进展进行综述,以期深入发掘其药用价值,为临床应用提供依据。
Morinda officinalis oligosaccharides(MOO)is a biologically active compound extracted from the root of the Morinda officinalis How.,which has been proven to improve the effects of major depressive disorder in modem pharmacology.This manuscript reviews the structure,extraction method,mechanism of action and chemical research progress of MOO,It aims to explore the medicinal value of MOO in depth and provide a theoretical basis for its chemical application.
