摘要:提供了一种全新的分析挤出机停留时间的方法。在相同螺杆转速下,耦合双槽单螺杆挤出机物料的停留时间低于传统光滑机简单螺杆挤出机和螺旋沟槽IKV单螺杆挤出机;耦合双槽单螺杆挤出机可以有效提高挤出机的熔融效率,实现高固体输送产量下的熔融效率与固体输送效率的匹配。
Residence time of plastics in single screw extruders is an important parameter of polymer processing. The residence time in single screw extruders with groove barrels is different from that of traditional single screw extruders. We provide a new method to analyze the residence time in an extruder. Experiments showed that under the same screw speed, the residence time in single screw extruders with groove barrels was lower than that of traditional single screw extruders and IKV single screw extruders. Single screw extruders with groove barrels can effectively improve extrusion melting efficiency and solve the contradiction between high solid conveying efficiency and low melting efficiency.
