摘要:推行本科生导师制是应用型大学落实立德树人根本任务、培养高素质应用型创新人才、推进教育高质量内涵发展的重要举措。在“三全育人”理念的指导下,基于北京联合大学生物化学工程学院的实践探索,提出了“1班4导3协同4支持”四位一体的本科生导师制育人模式。结合本科生导师制的育人成效,从注重顶层设计、明确权责定位、创新体制机制三方面总结了应用型大学推行本科生导师制的成功经验,并提出了未来改进的方向。
The implementation of undergraduate tutorial system is an important measure for application-oriented universities to implement the fundamental task of morality cultivation, cultivate high-quality application-oriented innovative talents, and promote the development of high-quality education. Under the guidance of the concept of “three-all educations” and based on the practice and exploration of the College of Biochemical Engineering at Beijing Union University, a four-in-one undergraduate education mode of “one class, four guidances, three coordinations and four supports” has been proposed. Combined with the educational effect of undergraduate tutorial system, this paper not only summarizes the successful experience of implementing undergraduate tutorial system in application-oriented universities from three aspects: paying attention to top-level design, clarifying the position of authority and responsibility, and innovating the system and mechanism, but also puts forward the direction of future improvement.
