摘要:目的:探索BioVal系统站立位(Romberg)测试的内部信度和外部信度,以及对多发性硬化患者的敏感性。方法:多发性硬化患者20例,健康志愿者16例,所有受试者均分两次进行BioVal系统的Romberg测试,使用SPSS19软件,进行相对应的成对样本t检验、两样本t检验、非参数检验和相关系数计算。结果:(1)Romberg测试项目的Cronbach's Alpha系数大于0.8;(2)受试者前后2次的重测结果分析,闭眼状态的相关系数较高,有统计学意义;睁眼状态的仅10-20秒相关系数较高,有统计学意义;(3)多发性硬化患者和正常志愿者对照显示,除睁眼状态的前10秒和总的计算无统计学意义外,其余均有统计学差别。结论:(1)BioVal系统Romberg测试有很好的内部信度;(2)闭眼状态的重测系数较好;(3)可以敏感性地反应多发性硬化患者和健康人群的差别。
Objective. To explore the internal and external reliability of the Romberg test of Bioval sensor system and its sensibility for diagnosing Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Methods:Twenty patients with MS and 16 healthy volunteers underwent Romberg test of Bioval sensor system twice. Software SPSS19 were used to do the t-test, corresponding paired sample test, test of the nonparameters and the counting of the relative coefficients. Results: 1. The Romberg test of Bioval sensor system has high Cronbach's Alphacoefficient (~0. 8); 2. Significant coefficients were observed when eyes were closed, and 10-20 seconds when eye opened. 3. Except difference in 0-10 seconds before eyes were opened and the total counts, differ- enees in other parameters were all significant. Oonclusion: The Romberg test of Bioval sensor system has high internal reliability, high retest coefficient when eye closed, and it can sensitively detect the differences between patients with MS and healthy people.
