摘要：人才培养目标可分为知识、能力和综合素质3个方面。综合素质是学生学习知识和锻炼能力的支撑,同时也是学生全面发展的基础,主要分为思想政治素质、职业素质、人文素质和身心素质4个方面。课程思政对应用型本科人才综合素质提升具有重要作用,其中,对思想政治素质具有引领和导向作用,对职业素质具有促进和养成作用,对人文素质具有浸润和陶冶作用,对身心素质具有锻炼和激励作用,课程思政是建设更高水平人才培养体系的重要组成部分。
The objective of talent training can be divided into three aspects:knowledge,ability and comprehensive quality.Comprehensive quality,mainly involving ideological and political quality,professional quality,humanistic quality,as well as physical and mental quality,is the support for students to learn knowledge and develop ability and the basis for students all-round development.Ideological and political education through all curricula plays an important role in improving the comprehensive quality of application-oriented undergraduate talents,which leads and guides the ideological and political quality,promotes the cultivation of professional quality,cultivates the humanistic quality,and exercises and inspires the physical and mental quality.To sum up,ideological and political education through all curricula is an important part of building a higher level talent training system.
