摘要：分析了发达国家的企业环境责任制度,指出了我国与国外先进的环境政策之间的差距,说明了我国企业只有在守法的基础上增强自身的责任感,环境保护的主体意识才能获得,国家只有在制度和监管中到位,我国的企业环境责任制度才能赶上发达国家。
Having analyzed the enterprise environmental liability system in developed countries, this article unveils disparity of environmental policy between our country and the overseas advanced countries, revealing the fact that only by strengthening the sense of responsibility abiding by law can our country＇s enterprises acquire the consciousness of environmental protection. Enterprises can catch up with developed countries when China properly put forward reasonable policies and monitor well.
