摘要：目的 评估原生二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)纯牛奶对儿童记忆功能的改善作用。方法 采用随机、双盲试验设计,将300例6岁的儿童根据基线记忆商和视力水平随机分为3组,分别食用原生DHA纯牛奶、DHA藻油添加牛奶和未添加DHA的普通纯牛奶,每日上、下午各1盒(195 mL·盒^(-1)),连续服用90 d,其间保持原有生活习惯不变。结果 研究结束时,原生DHA纯牛奶组儿童的联想学习量表分、无意义图形再认量表分、记忆商显著高于DHA藻油添加牛奶组和普通牛奶对照组儿童(P<0.05);第60天和90天末,原生DHA纯牛奶组血液中的DHA质量浓度均显著高于DHA藻油添加牛奶组(P<0.05)。结论 原生DHA纯牛奶和DHA藻油添加牛奶均具有辅助改善记忆功能,且原生DHA纯牛奶辅助改善记忆的效果优于添加DHA藻油牛奶。
Objective To explore the effect of native DHA pure milk on auxiliary memory improvement in humans.Methods Using a randomized,double-blind experimental design,6-year-old children were divided into 3 groups based on their memory quotient and visual acuity examination from the first test prior to the study,and they consumed native DHA pure milk,DHA algal oil-added milk,and pure milk with no added DHA respectively,1 box(195 mL)each morning and afternoon,for 90 consecutive days,with no change in the subject's other lifestyle habits.Results At the end of the study,the associative learning scale score,the meaningless figure recognition scale score,and the memory quotient of the native DHA milk group were sig-nificantly higher than those of the DHA alga-oil-added milk group and the control group(P<0.05);at the end of the second month and at the end of the study,the DHA mass fraction of the blood of the native DHA milk group was significantly higher than DHA alga-oil-added milk group(P<0.05).Conclusions Native DHA pure milk and DHA alga oil-added milk both have certain auxiliary effect on improving memory,and the auxiliary effect of native DHA pure milk is better than that of DHA alga oil-added milk.
