摘要：基于计算机专业听障大学生的就业实际情况,分别从学生个人、用人单位、学校、国家和社会4个层面分析了学生就业现状及存在的问题,并提出了对策建议。残疾大学生的首次就业质量对学生职业发展关系重大。在推动计算机专业听障大学生就业方面,短期内高校起到最直接、高效和重要的提升作用,长期范围内国家政策起宏观的主导和支持作用。高校需努力为听障大学生拓宽就业渠道,积极联系当地残疾人联合会、聋人协会、企事业单位等形成就业合力,为用人单位提供优质的就业服务与支持,这也是当前提升毕业生就业率和就业质量最有效的手段。
Based on the actual employment situation of deaf or hard-of-hearing students majoring in computer science,problems are analyzed from the four aspects: students,employers,universities,the state and society.Suggestions are put forward. The first job quality of university students with disability is of great importance to their career development. In terms of employment of deaf or hard-of-hearing university students majoring in computer science,universities play the most direct,effective and significant promoting role in the short term,and national policies play the leading and supporting role in the long term. Universities should strive to expand employment channels for students of deaf or hard-of-hearing,actively contact local disabled persons ’ federation,deaf association,enterprises and institutions to form employment synergy, and provide high-quality employment services and support for employers. This is also the most effective means to improve the employment rate and quality.
