摘要：社区商业是城市商业的基础,是满足居民日常生活需求的重要载体,加快社区商业发展,对于改善民生、搞活流通、扩大消费、增加就业等发挥着至关重要的作用。以北京市朝阳区为例,通过朝阳区社区商业的发展现状,论述了朝阳区社区商业的运行模式,探讨了其存在的一系列问题,构筑了朝阳区新的社区商业发展模式与格局,最后提出了一系列的保障措施。
The community business is the basis of city commerce and the important carrier to meet the daily needs of life. To speed up the develop- ment of community business plays a vital role in improving people＇s livelihood, invigorating the circulation, expanding consumption and increasing employment. This paper takes Chaoyang district of Beijing city as an example, through the development of the status quo of Chaoyang district com- munity business, discusses the operation mode and a series of problems of Chaoyang district community business at present. This paper constructs the development model and the new pattern of community business of Chaoyang district, and put forward a series of measures.
