摘要：在推进立德树人过程中,应用型大学应坚持系统观念,将教师党支部作为重要组成部分,从组织体系角度,发挥教师党支部落实立德树人的主体作用,构建有效的教师党支部建设机制;从教学体系方面,强化教师党支部的核心引领作用,构建党建与教学融合的新机制;从管理体系层面,增强教师党支部的组织凝聚力,构建改革创新成果的运行机制。
In the process of cultivating people with morality,application-oriented universities should adhere to a systematic approach and regard the teachers’Party branch as an important component.From the perspective of organizational system,the teachers’Party branches should play a leading role in implementing moral and human cultivation,and the mechanism for effective teachers’Party branch construction should be established.From the perspective of teaching system,the core leading role of the teachers’Party branches should be strengthened,and a new mechanism for integrating Party building and teaching should be established.From the perspective of management system,the organizational cohesion of the teachers’Party branches should be enhanced,and a mechanism for implementing the outcomes of reform and innovation should be established.
