摘要：文章通过归纳总结国内外旅游地居民对旅游影响感知和态度的相关研究文献,对旅游地居民感知和态度的影响因子、相关理论的支撑、定量方法的运用及其感知和态度测量量表的发展等3个方面的研究进行了系统比较。通过文献分析发现:在理论上,尽管存在多学科的理论指导,但是国内研究者对各个主要理论的优势和不足认识不够,对理论的发展和构建重视不足;在实践上,就影响感知和态度因子的效应而言,即使在同一个国家,由于对旅游地居民感知和态度量表存在测量上的分歧和不同定量分析方法的运用,使得研究结果存在一定差异。文章在此基础上提出了未来深入研究需要关注的几个层面。
Through summarizing relevant study literature regarding residents＇ perceptions and attitude toward tourism impact in tourist destinations both at home and abroad,the paper makes systematic comparison between domestic and foreign studies in the following three aspects： factors that affect residents＇ perceptions and attitude in tourist destinations;relevant theoretical support and application of quantitative approach and development of perceptions and attitude measurement scale.The findings are： theoretically,although there exists theoretical guidance of multi-disciplines,we still lack sufficient understanding about the advantages and limitation of our major theories in domestic studies,paying less attention to the development and construction of theories;practically,so far as the effect of factors that affect perceptions and attitude is concerned,even in the same country,due to the differences existing in residents＇ perceptions and attitude scale and application of different quantitative analytic approach,the study results are bound to show differences.Based on this,the paper puts forward several aspects that need to be concerned about in future studies.
