摘要:自19世纪初叶以来,澳大利亚昆士兰州职业教育经历了多年的发展,时至今日,作为昆士兰州职业教育载体的昆士兰TAFE学院已成为澳洲最成功的职业院校之一,而这离不开其优秀的办学机制。在职业教育外部,其搭建起职业教育与中学教育、高等教育及成人教育间的衔接机制;而在职业教育内部,其搭建起专业设置与产业需求、课程内容与行业标准、教学过程与生产过程及学习模式与学生需求间的对接机制。昆士兰TAFE学院在搭建办学机制过程中的有效经验,对我国职业教育改革具有重要的借鉴意义。
Since the early 19th century,vocational education in Queensland,Australia has experienced many years of development.Up to now,TAFE Queensland,as the carrier of vocational education in Queensland,has become one of the most successful vocational colleges in Australia,which is inseparable from its excellent school-running mechanism.Outside the vocational education,it sets up the connection mechanism between vocational education and middle school education,higher education and adult education.In vocational education,it builds a connection mechanism between specialty settings and industrial needs,course content and industrial standards,teaching process and production process,and learning mode and student needs.The experience of TAFE Queensland in the process of establishing school-running mechanism is of great reference significance to China's vocational education reform.
