摘要:目的:通过对掌振法的运动学参数进行客观化描述,初步为掌振法振动幅度的规律性研究提供数据支撑。方法:1名推拿医生对6名健康志愿者进行掌振法操作,采用红外光点高速运动捕捉测试系统采集掌振法操作的运动学参数。结果:腕关节两点的振动幅度最大,分别为2.47mm(L)、2.32mm(R),各手指关节点振动幅度由大到小依次为食指、中指、无名指、小指、拇指。与腕关节比较,无名指掌指关节和近端指间关节振动幅度均值显著降低(P<0.05);与小指比较,食指和中指的掌指关节振动幅度均值显著升高(P<0.05);与食指比较,拇指和小指近端指间关节以及小指的远端指间关节振动幅度均值显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:掌振法是通过前臂的屈伸肌群发力收缩带动腕关节进行高频率、低幅度的快速振动,进而带动掌指关节及近端、远端指间关节进行震颤;掌振法的振幅曲线随着受试者的呼吸频率而上下波动,操作时可达到共振效果。
Objective: To provide data support for the study of the regularity of the vibration amplitude of the palm vibration method, through the objective description of the kinematic parameters of the palm vibration method. Methods:The massage doctor performed palm shaking on 6 healthy volunteers, and the kinematic parameters of palm vibration were collected by infrared spot high speed motion capture test system. Results: The vibration amplitude of two points of wrist joint was the largest, 2.47 mm(L), 2.32 mm(R), The vibration amplitude of each finger joint point was the index finger, middle finger, ring finger, little finger and thumb from large to small. Compared with wrist joint, the average vibration amplitude of metacarpophalangeal joint and proximal interphalangeal joint of ring finger decreased significantly(P<0.05). Compared with the little finger, the average vibration amplitude of metacarpophalangeal joints of index finger and middle finger was significantly higher(P<0.05). Compared with index finger, the average vibration amplitude of proximal interphalangeal joints of thumb and little finger and distal interphalangeal joints of little finger decreased significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion: The palmar vibration method is to drive the wrist to vibrate with high frequency and low amplitude through the flexor and extensor muscle of the forearm, and then drive the metacarpophalangeal joint, proximal and distal interphalangeal joint to vibrate. The amplitude curve of palm-vibration method fluctuates up and down with the breathing rate of the subject, and resonance effect can be achieved during operation.
