摘要：研究我国青年就业现状、影响因素发现,当前青年就业存在数量不充分、质量不高、流动性强和结构性及地区性失衡等问题.究其原因,整个社会人力资本供需不匹配以及青年人自身人力资本水平不足是其主要的影响因素.灵活就业新形态使青年人的职业发展面临新的机遇和挑战.只有分别不同青年人群采取有针对性的应对策略,才能找到就业政策的平衡点.
The current youth employment presents problems such as insufficient quantity,low quality,strong mobility,structural imbalance and regional imbalance.The main influencing factors are the mismatch between the supply and demand of human capital in the entire society and the insufficient level of human capital among young people themselves.The new form of flexible employment poses new opportunities and challenges to the career development of young people.Only by adopting targeted response strategies for different youth groups,we can find a balance point in employment policies.
