摘要：山岳型滑雪地是滑雪的起源地和代表地。近年来,我国滑雪旅游发展势头良好,但2010～2011年滑雪季中国滑雪人次与先前世界旅游组织的预测相距甚远,因此有必要对我国山岳型滑雪地的现存问题进行探讨。文章将滑雪旅游地划分为山岳型、城市公园型和室内型3种类型,基于山岳型滑雪旅游地在经营管理、生态环境、季节性等方面具有的显著特征和复杂性考虑,将其确定为研究对象。文章将山岳型滑雪旅游地15年来的主要发展问题——管理与经营(management and operation)、生态环境(ecology andenvironment)、季节性(seasonality)、度假地建设(holiday resorts construction)进行探讨,具体包括国家财产所有权的监督缺位问题、滑雪地建设与环境政策问题、滑雪旅游特有的反季节性与动态季节性问题等,以期抛砖引玉,唤起更多学者关注滑雪旅游产业发展。
Mountain-type skiing resorts are the original and typical places for skiing. China has enjoyed pretty good development in skiing tourism, but skier visits of China in 2010/2011 season were far less than the prediction by WTO, therefore, it is necessary for us to discuss the problems existing in our mountain-type skiing resorts. The paper divides skiing tourist resorts into three types; namely, mountain type, urban park type and indoor type. We take mountain-type skiing tourist resort as our research object based on the consideration of its distinct features and complexities in management and operation, ecoenvironment and seasonality. The authors try to discuss the major issues for development management and operation, ecoenvironment, seasonality and construction of holiday resorts in the past 15 years. The main discussion topics include ： lack of supervision of state-owned property rights, policies regarding construction of skiing resorts and environment, unique characteristics of anti-seasonality and dynamic-seasonality in skiing tourism. We hope this will draw forth more scholars to concern about the development of skiing tourism industry.
