摘要：清末新政中的“废书吏”“兴学堂”改革,使文书知识的传播、传承开始从书吏、幕友间的师徒式私相传授,转变为官办学堂中面向基层候补和试用官员的教育和培训,进而又从官僚体系内部扩散至民间。进入民国以后,在颁布新公文程式、实行现代考试制度、整理明清档案,以及开展文书档案改革等多重因素影响下,文书教育和知识传播依托学校教育、公职人员培训和图书出版等方式在更大的范围内展开。在此过程中,不仅文书知识迭代更新、知识传播方式发生改变,文书和文书工作也逐渐成为独立的研究对象,多领域人群参与其中,产出了大量研究成果,使中国文书学初具学科的雏形,并呈现出多学科融合交叉的特质。
The reform of“abolishing scribes”and“revitalizing schools”in the New Deal at the end of the Qing Dynasty made the spread and inheritance of document knowledge begin from the private teaching of apprenticeship among scribes and screen friends to the education and training of grass-root alternate and probationary officials in the government-run schools,and then spread from the inside of the bureaucratic system to the people.After entering the Republic of China,under the influence of multiple factors such as the promulgation of new official document procedures,the implementation of modern examination system,the collation of archives of the Ming and Qing dynasties,and the reform of document archives,document education and knowledge dissemination have been carried out in a wider range by means of school education,training of public officials and book publishing.In this process,not only the way of dissemination of document knowledge has changed,but also the document knowledge has been updated iteratively.Documents and document work have also become independent research objects,with the participation of people from various fields,and a large number of research results have been produced,which makes Chinese document science take the shape of a discipline and show the characteristics of integration and intersection of multiple fields.
