摘要：为满足劳动力市场的需求,国外高校在培养并提升大学生的就业能力方面形成了一些行之有效的方法。美国明尼苏达大学在这方面的经验,如建立大学生基本就业能力的培养机制、开展专项能力培养计划、建立大学生就业能力培养跟踪调查机制和综合性大学生职业服务体系等,能够为我国高校大学生就业能力培养提供借鉴。
Cultivating undergraduate students＇ employability is a intemational question. In order to satisfy the demand of labor market to students＇ employability, Abroad universities are making efforts to promote the students＇ employability, and produce some efficient experiences. The experience of University of Minnesota on cultivating the students＇ employability, such as the investigation of undergraduate students＇ employability, the cultivation of undergraduate students＇ five basic working employability, the management of undergraduate students＇ participating practice, and the foundation of undergraduate students＇ vacation service system, and so on, could afford domestic universities lessons on promoting the undergraduate students＇ employability.
