摘要：随着中国老龄化进程的不断加快,男性更年期综合征这一疾病已经被越来越多的人所了解和关注.男性更年期综合征是男性在更年期阶段出现的一系列身心异常的症状和(或)体征的症候群.中医并无本病的病名,而是借鉴西医的病名;但中医最早在《黄帝内径》中就已有本病的相关论述,认为本病以肾虚为本,肝郁为标,与心脾密切相关.西医认为本病的病因主要与更年期体内睾酮水平变化和生活、社会环境的影响有关;对于本病的治疗中医针对其病因病机进行辨证论治和专方专治,并可配合针灸和食疗进行调理,而西医则用药物对体内睾酮水平进行调节,对人体有一定的副作用.本文旨在对男性更年期综合征的总结来指导患者及其家人正确对待该病,并为相关从业者今后对本病的研究提供素材.
With the acceleration of the aging process in China,male menopause syndrome has been concerned and understood by more and more people.Male menopause syndrome is a series of symptoms of mental and physical abnormalities and/or signs that occur in men during menopause.Traditional Chinese medicine did not have the name of the disease,but has borrowed it from Western medicine.However,the disease is first discussed by traditional Chinese medicine in Huang Di Nei Jing and is believed to be closely related to the heart and spleen with kidney deficiency as the basis and liver depression as the standard,while Western medicine mainly believes that the cause of the disease is related to the change of testosterone level in menopause and the influence of life and social environment.For the treatment of this disease,Chinese medicine practitioners carry out the treatment based on syndrome differentiation and special prescription for its etiology and pathogenesis,and can coordinate with acupuncture and dietary therapy for recuperation,while Western medicine uses drugs to regulate the testosterone level in the body,which has certain side effects on the human body.This paper aims to summarize male menopause syndrome to guide patients and their families to treat the disease correctly,and to provide relevant practitioners with materials for future research on the disease.
