摘要：Weather forecasting is complicated system engineering. History meteorological data play importance role in weather forecasting. This paper proposes a solution to design and construct history meteorological data multidimension analysis system based on dimension modeling technique. It discusses the implementation of meteorological fact constellations, which provides an effective solution for history meteorological application. ? 2010 IEEE.
