摘要：高校培养创新创业型人才是提高高等教育质量的重要选择,也是国家战略转型升级的需要,更是贯彻落实素质教育的重要体现。为落实高校创新创业型人才培养任务,笔者以应用型大学创新创业型人才培养研究为题,从高校创新创业型人才培养的必要性入手,对人才、创新创业型人才的概念和应用型大学创新创业型人才主要特征进行了分析和界定,在此基础上剖析了应用型大学创新创业型人才培养现状;结合目前高校在培养创新创业型人才上存在的现实问题,对高校创新创业型人才培养路径进行了探究并提出了建议。
The cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in universities is an important choice to improve the quality of higher education,as well as the need for national strategic transformation and upgrading,and also an important embodiment of the implementation of quality-oriented education.For the implementation of the innovative entrepreneurial talent training,the author analyzed and defined the innovative entrepreneurial talent training,the necessity of the concept of talents,innovative entrepreneurial talents and applied university innovative entrepreneurial talent main features with university innovation entrepreneurial talent education as research title.Based on the analysis of innovative entrepreneurial talent training status of the applied university,combining with the practical problems existing in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities,this paper probes into the cultivation path of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities and puts forward some suggestions.
