摘要:在线知识社区的激励体系包括市场化激励措施和社会化激励措施,不同激励措施如何组合可推动知识协同绩效提升?研究在线知识社区用户知识协同绩效提升的平台激励组态,能够为平台更好地激励用户参与、推动在线知识社区高效且可持续发展提供参考。借助模糊集定性比较分析方法,从市场化激励和社会化激励两个维度,分析六种平台激励措施驱动用户知识协同绩效提升的组态路径。研究表明,平台激励体系的六个因素均不构成知识协同绩效提升的单一必要条件。知识资本增值的平台激励组态路径有四类,分别为技能提升型、社区交流驱动型、社会化激励主导型和市场社会共驱型。社会资本增值的平台激励组态路径有两类,分别为现金收益敏感型和虚拟货币敏感型。研究发现,社会认同、社区声誉和技能培训在知识生产激励中发挥重要作用;近30%的用户可能基于纯粹经济收益参与知识生产,其中可能存在所谓的“薅羊毛”行为;社区交流是社会资本增值的核心存在条件,辅以技能培训和虚拟货币激励,可以显著促进社会资本增值。由此,平台不仅应重视高水平知识生产者的激励,还应重视普通用户和知识寻求者的激励,并根据用户不同的心理需求,综合应用市场化激励和社会化激励手段。同时,可建立相应的用户行为识别机制,及时从平台规则、激励体系等方面做出调整,推动在线知识社区的健康发展。
The incentive system of the online knowledge communities(OKC)includes social and market-oriented measures.Exploring how different incentive measures can be combined to achieve the high knowledge collaboration performance(KCP)can provide reference for the platforms to encourage users to participate and promote the efficient and sustainable development of the OKC.With the help of the comparative analysis method of fuzzy sets,according to the two dimensions of market-oriented incentives and social incentives,the configuration paths of six kinds of platform incentives to drive the improvement of user knowledge collaborative performance are analyzed.The results show that none of the six factors of the platform incentive system constitute a single necessary condition for the high knowledge collaboration performance.There are four types of platform incentive-driven paths for intellectual capital appreciation,namely,skill improvement,community exchange-driven,socialized incentive-led,and market-society co-driven.And there are two types of platform incentive-driven paths for social capital appreciation,namely cash income sensitive and virtual currency sensitive.Important findings are that social identity,community reputation and skill training play the important role in knowledge production incentives,and nearly30%of the users is based on the economic income.Communication is the core condition for social capital appreciation,supplemented by skill training and virtual currency incentives,which can significantly promote social capital appreciation.Therefore,the OKC should not only pay attention to the incentives of high-level knowledge producers,but also to the incentives of ordinary users and knowledge seekers.According to the different psychological needs of users,social incentives and marketoriented incentives are comprehensively applied.At the same time,we should establish a corresponding user behavior identification mechanism,and make timely adjustments in terms of platform rules and incentive systems to promote the healthy development of OKC.
