摘要：本文介绍了日本国立大学法人化改革前后的财政支援体系,重点研究了法人化改革后国立大学经费来源的构成情况,阐述了改革给大学财务方面带来的问题,以期为我国高校财务体制改革提供借鉴。
This paper introduces the financial system preceding and succeeding the incorporation reform of national universities in Japan. The paper focuses on the composing sources of operation fund after the incorporation reform, and explores the financial problems at universities after the reform.
