摘要：电子资源已经成为高校图书馆馆藏资源的重要组成部分。通过北京联合大学图书馆电子资源建设的实践,探讨了电子资源的引进原则:针对性原则、系统性原则、实用性原则、便捷性原则、经济性原则、合法性原则;引进方式:包库购买、分学科购买、按用户的使用频率购买、分别购买联合使用的方式购买;提出了基于电子资源内容、使用情况、检索功能等的评价指标,总结出提高电子资源利用率的几点措施。
Electronic resources have become an important part of university library collections. Based on the constructions of electronic resources in Beijing United University Library, discusses the principles in the introduction of the resources, including having a clear aim and being systemic, practical, easy to use, economical and legal. Then the paper analyses ways to introduce electronic resources which include library package purchase, purchase on subject, purchase on using frequency, nad separate purchase with joint use. And the paper proposes the evaluation indicators based on the content and the use of electronic resources, etc. and several measures to improve the utilization of electronic resources are suggested.
