摘要：简要回顾辨证论治发展沿革,通过分析辨证论治历史沿革、临床实践和内在逻辑关系存在的难以解决的问题,指出辨证论治从其提出开始,就隐藏着先天逻辑上的短板和矛盾,其核心观念并未体现出中医理论的精髓,而是现代医学的滥觞,这也注定"辨证论治"没办法解决传统中医的继承与发展。在此基础上,提出解决对策,紧紧围绕中医传统思维特点,丰富辨证和论治体系;同时继续强化和鼓励中医传统思维方式的挖掘和整理研究,夯实辨证论治的"核心观念";进而用中医特色的思维方式,构建"辩证"与"论治"之间的关系。
Based on the historical review of syndrome differentiation and treatment with its problems hard to solve in the history, clinic practice and logic relations, this paper argued there was logical flaw at the beginning of this concept which core idea is not derived from Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） itself, but the modern medicine. Therefore, the syndrome differentiation is not born to be the right idea for the inheritance and development of TCM. In addition, some suggestions were proposed including revolving around the traditional characteristics of TCM, to enrich the syndrome differentiation and treatment; exploring and enriching the traditional thinking mode of TCM to strengthen the ＂core idea＂ investigating relations between syndrome and treatment with traditional thinking mode of TCM.
